When I saw this red and white polka dot blouse I immediately wanted to pair it with dark denim and red lips. Probably because I also own a sleeveless blouse with the same print, and in the summer I always wear it with dark denim jorts and red lips. So this outfit is my colder weather version of that outfit. It's a classic look that reminds me of warm weather and 1940's pin-ups.
